Today is my 1 year anniversary of my blog - check out a year in review if you're interested. I had tried to combine both posts but it was way too long.
So here is my wrap up of what I ate on Tuesday..
It all started with a smoothie...
this weeks flavour got a little crazy... Peanut Butter and Jam!
The base was spinach and kale, almonds soaked in water overnight, 1/2 an apple. vanilla protein powder, peanut butter, frozen raspberries and blueberries, stevia, hemp hearts and water. The result... bang on peanut butter and jammy in a smoothie!
My pre-workout snack was a variation of my baked oatmeal.. only carrot apple - recipe coming soon.
Lunch was leftovers...
my mom's yummy veggie lasagna and a bit of salad from a meeting lunch....
Dinner tonight was sweet potato fries from this recipe, a brown rice and black bean burrito and salad..
topped off with a glass of wine.
